How It Works

1. Initial Consultation: Connect with our admin team via website chat or WhatsApp. We’ll learn about your goals, learning history, time zone, and preferences.

2. Free Trial & Teacher Matching: Experience a free simulation session. We’ll recommend a teacher and match your schedule accordingly. If necessary, we can reassign your instructor.

3. Quotation & Payment: Based on your budget or preferred number of sessions, we will offer a customized plan and quotation. Payment can be completed using various available methods.

4. Class Implementation: Classes are delivered via Zoom or Google Meet based on your selected schedule. Other platforms can be arranged upon request.

What’s Included

• Class recordings (audio) via Zoom Cloud, stored for 20 days

• Additional exercises and materials based on class progression

• Rescheduling allowed up to 3 hours before the session

• Printed modules available on Amazon, or digital versions shared before the course

• All sessions are valid for use within 2 years from the date of payment

This option is perfect for:

Additional Terms

• In case of disruptions (e.g., technical issues, extreme weather, or instructor-related matters), a replacement session will be provided.

• Instructor changes may occur during the learning period to ensure quality and comfort.

• If the learner requests a schedule change, postponement, or temporary suspension, the session will be considered as used and automatically converted into a service session.

• Service sessions are not eligible for refunds, but can still be completed according to the agreed schedule.

• Both regular sessions and service sessions must be used within 2 years of the original payment date.
